With one more report from a 19 year old girl about the alleged rape, Shakti Mills area has become a rape trap for women passing through that area. So it happens in this spot at least once in 15 days and only few cases are reported to the Police. Regular offenders rarely get caught and they repeat the act again and again without the interference of the Police department. Monsters made good on number of occasions in the same vicinity and the place was meant for their illegal activities.  All the offenders were serial offenders and they have bad track record.  When they were caught red handed all their activities came to a halt for the time being.  The way they communicated to the friends to join the party after the girl was caught in their rape web shows how professionals they were and made photo journalist their prey and tried to call more friends to commit the act.  This type of alarming situation gives the felling that everything goes fine with the poor law and order situation in the Metro. Unless some drastic measures taken in fast track court and severe punishment handed over to the culprits , such cruel act will continue for ever.
