Paying for personality development

Personality Development is a part and parcel of present day curriculum. Most of the organizations do not look just for the goal setting of candidates in the recruiting  interviews but also want to know if they are passionate and clear about their goal.  Goals and role clarity requires the candidate to be well read in general knowledge and have adequate industry knowledge.  If the resume highlights the candidates potential around these two issues, the chances of securing placement are high. Match your aptitude and skills with our interest, personality and values.  One should have good aptitude to get a decent job in a corporate Company.  The activities you are good at, such as writing computer programming and teaching. Your interests should be exhibited in a clear cut way.  What you enjoy doing for instance, reading, playing sports, hanging out with friends, listening to music etc. Personality development play a pivotal role.  A persons individual traits, motivational drives, needs and attitudes.  Apart from this one should know the value of things to follow.  The things that are importance to you like achievement, status and autonomy.
Personality development is part and parcel of present day curriculum.  Healthy body and healthy mind is required to keep the body fit and the attire comes to aid to give a decent and presentable appearance. One should have sufficient time to have cake and eat it too. Even though you may handsome enough but still if you are lethargic, you pay little or no interest for wearing attractive dresses. The casuals come in the way of office goers. One should practice regular morning walk and go to the Gym. if time permits to bring the body to shape. One should not be apparently lazy to shave or oil your hair. Ladies take much care and go to beauty clinics to get a presentable look. At the same time men are careless and they feel shy to dye the hair.  One good turn can change your life overnight and for which good  appearance is a must. Wearing tie will add to best dress code.
